METHOD FOR ANALYZING CORE-SHELL PARTICLE

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the composition of a particle by high-contrast observation and line analysis and to facilitate identification of core-shell particles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for analyzing core-shell particles includes the step of having a core-shell particle to be analyzed supported on a carrier. The method for analyzing core-shell particles further includes the steps of: confirming that the carrier having the core-shell particle supported thereon has a core-shell structure by an electron microscopy; and analyzing the composition of the carrier having the core-shell particle supported thereon by the electron microscopy.
