PURPOSE: A nylon12-pile implanted conductive roller, and a development unit and an image forming apparatus with the same are provided to secure stable conductivity of a conductive device against external environment and used time by employing the nylon12-pile implanted conductive roller. CONSTITUTION: A toner supply roller(74) comprises a cylindrical conductive roller body(74a) and a plurality of filaments(74b). The filaments include carbon black as a conductive material and nylon12 fiber. The nylon12 fiber has low moisture absorption rate and, therefore, the filaments can be maintained stably even in changes of environment.
