PURPOSE: An integrated health care apparatus is provided, which can measure and manage user's bio-information and exercise information of the sporting goods. CONSTITUTION: An integrated health care apparatus comprises: a bio-information receiving module(230) for receiving bio-information; an exercise information receiving module(240) for receiving exercise information from the acknowledged outside sporting goods; a central control part(250) generating the health condition and result of exercise; and a display unit(290) displaying the health condition and result of exercise.
