PURPOSE: A cam shaft integrated oil separator unit of a vehicle is provided to have excellent oil separation efficiency by integrally mounting an oil separator on a cam shaft. CONSTITUTION: A cam shaft integrated oil separator unit of a vehicle comprises a cam shaft(10) and an oil separator(20). A hollow(11) is formed on the center of the cam shaft. A blow-by gas influx part(12) and an oil discharge part(13) are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cam shaft. The blow-by gas influx part and oil discharge part are each separated each. The oil separator is inserted into center hollow and revolves with the cam shaft. The oil separator discharges the oil included in the blow-by gas flowed into the blow-bye gas influx unit to the oil discharge part.
