<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide impartial services wherein line start time order of customers is considered by predicting a processing wait time of the customer in each customer operation terminal installed in each station. <P>SOLUTION: A processing wait prediction system 10 includes customer operation terminals 200, and a processing wait prediction server 100 having: a means 110 transmitting start instructions of ticket issuing processing to an attendant terminal 300; a means 111 creating a first table 125 wherein line start time is associated to all the customers in waiting lines; a means 112 registering status during customer coping about the attendant terminal to which the start instructions of the ticket issuing processing are transmitted into the first table, and deleting a corresponding entry when the coping ends; a means 113 sorting the customers in the line start time order across the first table to create a second table; and a means 114 reading the first table of the customer operation terminal having transmitted a transaction start notification from a storage means, and transmitting processing wait information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
