<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet which has high-thermal conductivity in the direction of film thickness, excels in tack and strength which make a mounting process easy, and maintains thermal conductivity without causing buckling of thermally conductive inorganic material even when the pressure is applied in the mounting process, and to provide a manufacturing method of thermally conductive sheet which has high-thermal conductivity in the direction of film thickness, and excels in tack and strength which make the mounting process easy. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermally conductive sheet having a composition containing a thermally conductive inorganic material 100, which has a flake, elliptic, tabular or bar shape, and an organic polymer compound 101, the inorganic material has such an orientation that the plane direction 202 of the flake and the longitudinal direction 201 of the ellipse, plate, and bar are sloped toward the thickness direction of thermally conductive sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
