PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively shorten a working time by automatizing work for threading bolts to a number of bolt holes arranged in an arcuate or circular shape while imparting axial tensile force to the bolts. SOLUTION: An arm 14 on which a bolt tensioner 20 is mounted for imparting axial tensile force to the bolt 3 is rotatably arranged with the circular center connecting the plurality of bolt holes 1a, 2a as a rotational center h, and the bolt tensioner 20 is opposed to one of the bolt holes provided in fasteners 1, 2. After the bolt 3 is temporarily threaded to the bolt hole, the bolt tensioner 20 is fixed to the bolt so that the bolt tensioner imparts the axial tensile force to the bolt 3 to elongate the bolt. The elongated bolt is further screwed into the bolt hole or a nut 6 temporarily threaded to the bolt is further screwed thereinto to generate fastening force. With the rotation of the arm 14, the bolt tensioner 20 threads the bolts 3 into the plurality of bolt holes in sequence in accordance with the above procedures. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
