<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a suspension arm high in structural strength and high in versatility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The supporting structure of the suspension arm includes: an inside supporting wall 21 projectively provided on a rear frame 2; an outside supporting wall 22 projectively provided on the rear frame 2 with a specified interval outward in the vehicle width direction of the inside supporting wall 21; a trailing arm 10 one end of which is arranged between the inside supporting wall 21 and the outside supporting wall 22 and which is supported on the inside supporting wall 21 and the outside supporting wall 22 free to oscillate through a pivot bolt 24; a stiffener 23 arranged in the vehicle width direction of the inside supporting wall 21, an upper end 23a of which is connected to the rear frame 2 and the lower end 23b of which is connected to the inside supporting wall 21; and a nut 25 arranged between the stiffener 23 and the inside supporting wall 21 held by the stiffener 23 and into which a screw of the pivot bolt 24 is screwed.
