PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor manufacturing method for forming an appropriate non-magnetic zone between adjacent magnetic poles. SOLUTION: In a stator 4, respective magnets 3 are equally arranged on an inner periphery of a yoke 2. Magnetic poles different in polarity are adjacently magnetized in each magnet 3. The respective magnets 3 are magnetized by using a magnetization device where a plurality of magnetized cores 20 are arranged in a circle with a rotor 5 as a core. Magnetization is performed in the state where a circumferential direction position of a slot 25 formed between teeth 11 of the rotor 5 is aligned to that of a boundary part of the two magnetic poles which are formed in the magnets 3 and whose polarity differs, namely, a boundary part Y of a first region α magnetized in an "N pole" and a second region β magnetized in an "S pole".
