<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus stably vaporizing a vaporizing object liquid at a low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes an axial-flow fan (7) used for sucking air, a water tank (12) storing the vaporizing object liquid (13), and a wind tunnel (9) for throttling vortex air flow (14) generated by the axial-flow fan (7), increasing speed and guiding it to the periphery of tank (12).
