PURPOSE: A solid formulation of egualen sodium is provided to suppress degradation of egualen sodium degradation and to ensure stability during storing. CONSTITUTION: A solid formulation of egualen sodium is obtained by mixing povidone, derivative thereof, and basic additivel. The povidone derivative is crospovidone. The basic additive is basic inorganic compound or basic organic compound. The basic inorganic compound is magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, or NaOH. The basic organic compound is arginine, lysine, histidine, or ornithine. |
