PURPOSE: An unpaid toll collection device and a method of the same are provided to prevent the congestion of vehicles by passing the vehicles when the charged money in an electronic toll collection(ETC) terminal is not enough and collect the unpaid toll of the vehicles later. CONSTITUTION: A toll management server(300) manages vehicle information in which ETC terminals(100) is installed. A toll collection machine from the ETC terminal(200) communicates with the ETC terminal and collects tolls of vehicles with the ETC terminals. The unpaid toll information of the vehicle is transmitted to the toll collection machine from the toll management server. |
