PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a p-type Bi-Sb-Te thermal conduction material is provided to form a dense organization by sintering powder made by pulverizing an ingot. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a p-type Bi-Sb-Te thermal conduction material comprises the steps of: inserting mixed Bi, Sb, and Te into a pipe and vacuum-sealing the pipe, putting the pipe in a furnace and agitating it, cooling the pipe in the furnace to produce an ingot, crushing the ingot into powder, pulverizing the powder, cold press-forming the powder, and heating to sinter the powder at the temperature of 450~500°C.
