PURPOSE: A vehicle tire with an improved tie bar is provided to prevent the decline of a drain function, even if a tire is worn away. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tire with an improved tie bar comprises a cross groove(1), blocks(2,3) and a tie bar(4). The block is composed of a thread and a bead part. The bead part is formed on the end part of each sidewall. The block is divided by the cross groove on the thread. The tie bar is formed on the cross groove. One side of the tie bar is higher than the other side.
