PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell by repeatedly stacking amorphous silicon and micro-crystalline silicon in order to form an intrinsic silicon layer. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion module(200) is formed to generate an electron-hole pair by absorbing solar light. An electrode layer is formed on the one side of the photoelectric conversion module. A metal paste is applied to the upper side of the electrode layer in order to form a metal paste layer. The region on which the metal phase is formed is locally heated in order to cure the metal paste. Collector electrodes(160, 190) are formed. |
