PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle adapted to improve the comfortability of an occupant within a cabin when performing the air conditioning of the cabin by the conditioned air supplied from an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The conditioned air is circulated through the space S formed between an interior panel 2 and a watertight panel 3. For example, during air cooling, the interior panel surface temperature is lowered through the circulation of the conditioned air, and the occupant skin heat is transferred to the interior panel surface through radiation, thereby producing air cooling effect. On the other hand, during air warming, the interior panel surface temperature is raised by the conditioned air, and the interior panel surface heat is transferred to the occupant skin through radiation, thereby producing air warming effect. Owing to these air conditionings through radiation, the contribution to air conditioning through convection is decreased.
