<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion between a cured film on a plastic lens surface and a film formed on the cured film by a relatively simple method. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing a plastic lens includes steps of: forming the cured film on a lens base material made of plastics, roughening the surface of the cured film by abrasion with a polishing sheet; and forming an antireflection film on the surface of the roughened cured film. In the roughening process, when a maximum height Rmax per the cured film surface 10×10 μm is set to be 15-35 nm, adhesion with the antireflection film on the cured film can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
