PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion circuit for stabilizing an electric power generated by a solar panel. SOLUTION: The power conversion circuit includes the solar panel and a power converter. The solar panel is operable to supply electric power having an output voltage. The power converter cnnected to the solar panel is selectively operable in a charging mode or a power supply mode. The power converter transmits electric power from the solar panel to a power source in the charging mode to maintain the output voltage at a threshold voltage.
