PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To track a human face between frames. SOLUTION: A control device 104 repeatedly detects a pattern corresponding to a specific target from a plurality of images repeatedly obtained, and thereby tracks the target. The control device uses at least the target color or luminance as reference information. Based on the reference information, an image of the target is repeatedly detected from a plurality of images, thereby tracking the image of the target.
