<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure simply and accurately an outer diameter dimension of a roller for a bearing on a plurality of circumferential direction positions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The roller A is placed on the upper surface of a circular rotating measuring stand 1 in the state where the axial direction is faced toward a radial direction from the rotation center, and the roller A is supported by a support tool 2 rotatably on a prescribed position on the rotating measuring stand 1. Then, while rotating the supported roller A, a height from the upper surface of the rotating measuring stand 1 on the axis is measured by a roller height displacement gage 3, to thereby measure simply and accurately the outer diameter dimension of the roller A for the bearing on the plurality of circumferential direction positions.
