<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank for a refrigerating device and a refrigerating device having the same capable of controlling temperatures with high accuracy even when the tank is made compact. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tank 33 for the refrigerating device includes a tank body 41 in which a refrigerant R is stored up to the height of a prescribed range, a supply part 43a for supplying the refrigerant R into the tank body 41, a heater 45 having a heating part 45a for controlling the temperature of the refrigerant R in the tank body 41, and a pump 47 for discharging the refrigerant R in the tank body 41 to the outside and circulating it. The tank 33 has the supply part 43a, the heater 45, and the pump 47 arranged in this order in the width direction of the tank body 41, and further includes a barrier 49 between the heater 45 and the pump 47 for partitioning them.
