<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive coating having high thermal conductivity and suitable for screen printing to efficiently cool electronic parts, eliminating the need for a heat sink for cooling the electronic parts and suppressing size increase of electronics, and to provide high heat-dissipating electronic parts using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive coating for screen printing comprises a composition and an aqueous medium, the composition including 50-95 mass% of exfoliated graphite, 5-50 mass% of emulsion particles of a thermosetting resin, and 0-30 mass% of a thickening agent, the percentages adding up to 100 mass% of the composition. Viscosity of the coating at 25°C is 40-1,000 poises. The electronic parts include a heat-dissipating layer obtained by coating and drying the thermally conductive coating.
