<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a biodegradable resin molded article having permeability to air and water and cracking resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The biodegradable resin molded article having a percentage of voids of 20% or more but 60% or less is produced by impregnating aqueous dispersion of beads prepared by cross-linking polylactic acid with a polyisocyanate compound, with a foaming agent such as butane, to make biodegradable resin foaming particles; steam-heating the biodegradable resin foaming particles in a pre-expander to obtain polylactic acid-based resin foaming particles; and further heating and fusion-bonding the polylactic acid-based resin foaming particles in a die.
