<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom ventilating and drying heater corresponding to the heat from outside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bathroom ventilating and drying heater 1A includes a body part 2 having a flange part 24 for blocking an opening part 102 formed on the outer periphery of a body chassis 21 inserted in the opening part 102 formed in a ceiling panel 100, a noncombustible case 3 which exposes the flange part 24 and covers the body part 2, and an aluminum tape 27 which is attached to an upper face of the flange part 24 and covers the upper face of the flange part 24 exposed on the opening part 102 over the whole periphery.
