PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-discharge type static eliminator applicable to an environment in which static charges are widely distributed three-dimensionally, and a charged particle group moves toward a self-discharge electrode by electrostatic attraction. SOLUTION: The self-discharge type static eliminator 100, used in a vessel 101 where static charges are three-dimensionally distributed, is provided with a self-discharge electrode 110 made of a conductive material, a support body 120 supporting the self-discharge electrode 110, and an air flow generating means 130 radiating an air flow outside the vessel 101 toward the self-discharge electrode 110.
