A separation partition for partitioning formation regions of color conversion layers of different hues which are adjacently layered and arranged by the ink jet method has at least one cut-off portion on the tip end surface of the both end portions in the longitudinal direction extending outside a screen region. Provided is a color conversion filter panel having a separation partition structure which can prevent mixing of ink colors between adjacent color conversion layers at the end portions of the separation partition in the longitudinal direction when forming a color conversion layer by the ink jet method.
