PURPOSE: An audio data output apparatus in a image display device and a method thereof are provided, which output audio data through a minimum power consumption, and obtain power saving effect. CONSTITUTION: A control unit outputs audio data of external storage medium(710). If video data is received from an external storage media, the control unit turns on a display module. The control unit displays video data in a display module(740). If reproduction of audio data corresponding to the image data is completed, the control unit switches off the display module. The control unit performs audio output mode(770). |
