PURPOSE: A medical instrument is provided to inspect a target in optimum state by holding the operation of the body and display temporarily. CONSTITUTION: A main body comprises a button input part having buttons which is operated by a user. A display unit is connected to the main body. The display unit displays a check result of an object as an image. The display unit comprises a touch input panel. A probe(130) is connected to the main body. The probe receives an ultrasonic to the target and receives the reflected ultrasonic from the target. A holding part(135) is formed in a probe in order to prevent the change of the ultrasonic transmission state. The holding part stops the function of the button input and the touch panel temporarily.
