FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to ultrasound detected intrauterine systems and methods for ultrasonic detection enhancement. An intrauterine system (IUS) has a coating of inert metal at least partially on a body of the intrauterine systems or at least partially on one element made of inert metal representing a bridge, joint pin, ring or bush sleeve rigidly fixed on the body of the intrauterine system. Said elements are at least introduced in the body of the IUS. ^ EFFECT: group of the inventions allows enhancing ultrasonic detection of the IUS to be localised in a uterus within one visit to a doctor, and also improving IUS tolerance due to smoothing its surface while partially introducing the elements into the body of the IUS and the absence of empty spaces wherein contaminating bacteria can propagate. ^ 8 cl, 1 ex, 1 tbl, 13 dwg |
