The complex additive for concrete mixtures and mortar contains the following, in wt %: hardening accelerator - 20.0-99.5, acrylate R60 plasticiser - 0.5-80, where the hardening accelerator contains the following, in wt %: mixture of ballast salts based on sodium rhodanide and thiosulphate - 34-99.5, formate - 0.5-33.0 and if necessary sodium acetate - the rest.
