<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device capable of improving the precision of a torque sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The power steering device is provided with an input shaft 1 linking to a steering wheel; an output shaft 2 linking to a wheel; a torsion bar 3 for connecting the input shaft 1 with the output shaft 2; and a cylindrical member 13 supported on the output shaft 2 above a housing 12 tightened on a vehicle body. The input shaft 1 penetrates through the cylindrical member 13, rotatably supported on the cylindrical member 13 and has a first input shaft 4 linking to the steering wheel and a second input shaft 5 connecting the first input shaft 4 with the torsion bar 3. A connecting portion between the first input shaft 4 and the second input shaft 5 is structured to transmit the rotation of the first input shaft 4 to the second input shaft 5 and axial movement of the first input shaft 4 to the second input shaft 5 is relatively movable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
