<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully ensure the length of time in which a period in which a signal distributed by a signal-distributing circuit is supplied to a first output line overlaps with a period in which the signal is supplied to a second output line. <P>SOLUTION: A signal line-distributing circuit 100 distributes a signal, which is supplied by time division to an input line 101, to a first output line 103 and a second output line 105. In addition, the circuit includes: a first unit circuit Q1 which includes a memory M1, arranged between the input line 101 and the first output line 103, a first switching element SW1 located between the memory M1 and the input line 101, and a second switching element SW2, located between the memory M1 and the first output line 103; and a second unit circuit Q2, which includes a third switching element SW3 located between the input line 101 and the second output line 105.
