PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curable composition of an oxyalkylene polymer having a terminal group containing silicon with a hydroxy group and a hydrolyzable group that gives few adverse effects to adhesion, excels in viscosity, thixotropy and transparency, and can impart enough strength. SOLUTION: This room temperature curable composition includes (A) a polyether having a silicon-functional group selected from among the hydroxy group and the hydrolyzable group, and (B) fine powder silica surface-treated by a silane compound having: at least one linear long chain alkyl group; and at least one long chain alkyl group containing a group selected from among an alkoxy group and halogen.
