<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the problem of causing an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) uncut period, though an EGR cut condition is realized, when controlling the EGR ratio or an EGR quantity of an EGR device attached to an internal combustion engine together with intake pipe internal pressure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control device 5 is constituted for controlling the intake pipe internal pressure in its target value after regarding a deviation between the EGR ratio or the EGR quantity and its target value as 0 in case of realizing the EGR cut condition.
