PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving operation decision device properly deciding whether driving operation is proper or not according to various situation changes around a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle driving operation decision device measures a lateral direction position to a vehicle center from a center line of a road on which the vehicle driven by a driver travels by a lateral position sensor 12, calculates a travel track by an evaluation part 15 based on the measured lateral direction position, and stores the calculated travel track into a vehicle track database 17 for each road on which the vehicle travels. The vehicle driving operation decision device decides whether the driving operation of the driver is proper or not by the evaluation part 15, based on the plurality of travel tracks stored in the vehicle track database 17 for the same road.
