<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subterranean inserting device of a water conduit, which inserts the water conduit to underground in a stable state while alleviating work load of a worker, and uses the well-point method relatively easily even in a narrow place. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The subterranean inserting device 10 for inserting to underground the water conduit 30 to be used for a well-point method is provided with: a pipe vise 22 which holds a riser pipe 31 in a perpendicular direction against the ground surface; and a winch 19 for hoisting the pipe vise 22 along a supporting column 15 that extends in the perpendicular direction against the ground surface. The pipe vise 22 is composed of: a fixed frame 23 equipped with a receptor 23a for receiving the water conduit 30; and a movable frame 24 equipped with a depressing piece 26 which presses the water conduit 30. The pipe vise 22 is fixed on a hydraulic breaker 17 through a pivot shaft 21 in a rotatable manner. The hydraulic breaker 17 moves upward and downward along a rail 16 fixed on the supporting column 15 by the winch 19 and vibrates the pipe vise 22. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
