<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple toss-pass practicing machine which is a volleyball practicing device, is easily carried and kept, is easily utilized, and is capable of storing a ball and also making it pass through. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A circular ring frame and a cylindrical net are attached to the tip of a handle that a player or a coach can hold even in a standing state.
