PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste where blotting is hardly generated at coating, and to provide a conductive layer having high strength and flexibility. SOLUTION: The conductive paste contains a polyvinyl acetal resin, a conductive powder and a solvent. The polyvinyl acetal resin is made, by acetalizing a mixed polyvinyl alcohol made of a polyvinyl alcohol (a) with the amount of hydroxyl group of 20-30 mol% and saponification degree of 95 mol% or more, and a polyvinyl alcohol (B) with saponification degree of 70-85 mol%, and the mixing ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol (A) and the polyvinyl alcohol (B) in the mixed polyvinyl alcohol is 2:8-8:2 in weight ratio.
