PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic drive device which can be miniaturized and has a structure capable of withstanding long time use. SOLUTION: The drive device includes: a driven body (50); a guide part (53) which guides the driven body in a predetermined direction; movable drive magnets (12a and 12b) which are attached to the driven body, magnetized with N-pole and S-pole alternately and arranged side by side in the predetermined direction; a plurality of flat coils (21) which face the drive magnets and are arranged side by side in the predetermined direction and fixed to a substrate (20); a position sensor (40) which is fixed to the substrate (20) and detects a relative position between the flat coils (21) and the drive magnets; an energization control part (90) which is fixed to the substrate (20) and switches the energization of the flat coils, based on the result detected by the position sensor.
