PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber member for conveying a paper sheet having excellent antistatic, antitack performance, and moisture resistance. SOLUTION: This rubber member is molded by blending 2-8 pts.mass hydrolysis prevention agent, 1-6 pts.mass antistatic agent, and 3-15 pts.mass antitack agent with 100 pts.mass urethane rubber.
