PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a water film with a size large enough to contain a man although the apparatus is simple. SOLUTION: Water spouted downward from a circular aperture part 7 of a water film formation apparatus 3 is guided by a guide 6 which has a circular uneven curved face formed by a circular recessed curved face 6a and a circular projected curved face 6b joined on the outer side of the curved face 6a and having an inflexion face in common with the curved face 6a and scattered just like a water film outward in the radius directions from the outer circumferential rim 9 of the guide 6.
