PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve isolation characteristics by cutting a ground pattern between high-frequency circuit blocks and to suppress reflection at a cut part. SOLUTION: In a third high-frequency circuit block 10 sandwiched between a first high-frequency circuit block 6 provided with a television signal input circuit 3 and a second high-frequency circuit block 7 provided with a frequency conversion circuit 4, ground lines 13 are provided on both sides of a high-frequency signal transmission line 12 where they can be magnetically coupled to the high-frequency signal transmission line 12, and consequently even if a first ground pattern 8 provided on the reverse side of a substrate 5 on the side of the first high-frequency circuit block 6 and a second ground pattern 9 provided on the side of the second high-frequency circuit block 7 are separated from each other, the impedance of the cut part is lowered to achieve impedance matching on the high-frequency signal transmission line 12.
