PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat position adjusting mechanism of an auxiliary seat placed on a stool or the like, capable of agilely and securely setting a seat position comfortable for an occupier by a plurality of position adjusting components being manipulated respectively in relationship among them. SOLUTION: The auxiliary seat includes a seat 1, a back 2 and air bags 3 (3A and 3B). Bag bodies 31 (31A and 31B) of the air bags 3 are housed inside the seat 1 and the back 2 respectively. The rear of the top of the seat 1 and the bottom edge of the back 2 in a rising state are so formed as to be connectable/separable for each other. Adjusting a longitudinally setting position of the seat 1 and the back 2 adjustably forms an inclined angle of the back 2. A connection position of the seat 1 and the back 2, a size expansion resulting from the air volume inside each bag body 31 and the inclined angle of the back 2 from the size expansion, while relating to one another, highly accurately accommodate the seat to a position comfortable for the occupier.
