A power transmission device capable of suppressing leakage of an electromagnetic wave between a space (1) and a space (2). The power transmission device has an electromagnetic wave shielding wall (10) for partitioning between the spaces (1, 2), a rotating shaft (20) penetrating the electromagnetic wave shielding wall (10) and transmitting rotational drive force, and a bearing (80) for supporting the rotating shaft (20). The rotating shaft (20) has a first shaft member (30) supported by the bearing (80), a shaft coupling section (50) provided at an en end section (31) of the first shaft member (30), and a second shaft member (40) rotating together with the first shaft member (30). The first and second shaft members (30, 40) are made from an electrically conductive material. The shaft coupling section (50) has an insulation section (51) made from an insulative material. An outer ring forming section (16) of the bearing (80) has an annular intimate contact surface (18) made from an electrically conductive material.
