PURPOSE: An MOST(Media Oriented System Transport) gateway unit is provided to reduce product development time by reusing an MOST 25Mbps unit in an MOST 150Mbps network system. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor unit(320) converts the first data of the first rate into the second data of the second rate through a network management module(321). An interface unit(310) includes the first and second INIC(Intelligent Network Interface Controller)(313,314). The first INIC transceives the first data with the first external transceiving device. The second INIC transceives the second data with the second external transceiving device.
