PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for a microwave oven that is not peeled off at the application of pressure or a shock at the time of usual transportation or storage and capable of reducing the inner pressure of a packaging bag or a container without influencing a stored content at the time of heating in the microwave oven, and to provide the packaging bag using the packaging material and the container using the packaging material.

SOLUTION: There is provided the packaging material 1 in which a resin layer 4 having predetermined strength in such a temperature environment as that having room temperature or lower and reducing the predetermined strength in a temperature environment of a high temperature is arranged in at least one area between a heat-resistance base material layer 2 and a sealant layer 6, wherein it is preferable that the resin layer 4 is formed of a material showing a melting point of 60 to 90°C, for example, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin or a resin containing a polyamide, nitrocellulose and polyethylene wax.
