<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity information management device efficiently registering commodity information. <P>SOLUTION: A property information management device 1 is connected, via a network N, to a server 3 of a portal site for placing information on a real estate property so as to promote the sale of real estate properties, manages the property information and transmits the property information to the server 3 of the portal site. In the property information management device 1, an input screen of the property information is displayed on a display part 11, the property information input in the displayed input screen is registered in a property information DB 13, it is determined whether or not the property information registered in a property information DB 13 satisfies a posting condition of the portal site and then the result of determination is displayed on the display part 11 according to instructions from an operation part 12, and the property information determined to satisfy the posting condition of the portal site among the property information registered by the property information DB 13 is transmitted to the server 3 of the portal site according to instructions from an operation part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
