PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat device which enables to maintain thermal insulation performance, to achieve good design by reducing thickness of at least side parts of a toilet cover and to reduce power consumption during standby. SOLUTION: The heated toilet seat device 100 includes a toilet seat 200 having a heating part 210, a vacuum insulation body 320 and covering bodies 301 and 302 for covering the vacuum insulation body 320.
