PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent glare of a headlight toward an on-coming vehicle. SOLUTION: Light is dispersed with a hundred or more pipes for alleviating its diffusion by setting a focal point far away with a lens. Thickness of the pipes and spaces among the pipes would attenuate passage of light, so that a honeycomb structure is used in stead of the pipes is divided into several pieces to direct light in a center right downward and leftward, whereby, light can be irradiated farther toward full front and to the left. There is no glare for an oncoming vehicle, since the light is irradiated toward (right side) downward. Since a left side is easy to be viewed, an accident resulting in injury or death can be avoided.
