<p>Novel diterpene compounds, in particular, hypoestoxide- related compounds, are provided in pure form or as contained in the native plant source, for treatment and prophylaxis of cancer, inflammatory diseases, hyperlipidemias, malaria, and diabetes mellitus. Embodiments also pertain to methods for using the hypoestoxide-related compounds to treat various diseases and symptoms associated with those diseases.</p> |
